ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for Mastermind Facilitators to join us all over the UK. This is typically a part-time role that involves facilitating in-person or remote mastermind group sessions. As a Mastermind Facilitator, you will create a safe and confidential environment in which members can share their challenges, develop their skills, and support each other in their personal and professional growth. You will also be responsible for managing group dynamics, facilitating sessions according to our protocols and frameworks, and ensuring that each member receives the support they need to achieve their objectives and get the most out of their membership.
SKILLS NEEDED:
- A proven business leader, consultant, or executive coach
- Experience in leading high-performing teams
- Can professionally inspire, manage, and facilitate a room of established business leaders
- Expertise in facilitating group discussions and activities
- Ability to listen, understand, and positively challenge CEOs and senior executives
- Desire to contribute to the success and growth of CEOs and senior executives
DESIRED:
- *Trained Professional Coach
- *Trained NLP Practitioner
*In-house training will be provided for the right applicants without these qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitating Mastermind Groups:
Create a supportive environment where members can share their challenges, solutions, and successes using our provided agenda, materials and frameworks. - Managing Your Mastermind Group/s:
We help you build your unique mastermind group, fostering a culture of mutual support, innovation, and growth within your specific industry sector and/or location. - Delivering High-quality Learning Content:
Lead members through our proven processes, frameworks and learning content. Also, contribute towards creating and updating our high-quality materials for continual improvement and keeping ahead with best practices. - Supporting Members:
Provide individual support to members, enhancing their personal and professional development. Allowing our members to make the most of their membership
