A ‘Director Mastermind’ is a platform for up to 12 non-competing Business Owners, Directors, and/or Executives, strategically matched by business size, sectors, and location. It offers a strictly confidential environment with one senior representative from each organisation, meeting for 4-6 hours a month, guided by our proprietary agenda.

Director Mastermind groups meet monthly. 

Internal Masterminds are recommended to meet monthly for best results but they are 100% tailored and will meet as per the agreed frequency.

While we encourage regular attendance, we recognise that there may be occasions when you are unable to attend or when another senior leader might benefit more from a particular topic. In such cases, another suitable senior company representative may attend in your place, provided we are informed in advance.

Yes, when you become a member, you can visit other groups within your tier or lower as a guest, provided there is available space, no competing businesses, and it is suitable for the group’s members. Just remember, it must be planned in advance with the facilitator’s permission.

Each group convenes at its own established base location each month.

If you are unable to attend a mastermind group meeting, please inform your facilitator as far in advance as possible.
